As coach mentioned, you can expect the top teams in the AUG to play a similar style, with quick passes and lots of movement. We now know how devastating such football can be. Now, lets try and emulate their style in our training. I am very sure we will be able to take it the next level.
To end off, coach has expressed his willingness to drop players who do not meet his expectations or do not perform up to their own standards. For those of us who don't get chosen, it will undoubtedly be very disappointing. What I hope is that we, as mature individuals, can handle such disappointments and take it in our stride. As the famous song goes, "Always look on the bright side of life!"
Its crunch time now boys, time to perform and step up!

I agree with Jerry wholeheartedly, especially on the learning points we should draw from the experience.
That said, I think that if we play the Young Lions next week and end with a similar result, it would not reflect well on our progress, what with AUG less than 2 months away.
As such, let's break away from the mental barrier that they're better than us, and instead focus on how we can narrow the gap between professional (or semi-professional) teams and ourselves.
Let's also not go into the next game expecting defeat, or worst still, an unflattering scoreline. There is no need to be unrealistic in demanding a win; we only need to focus on taking the task to them, as Kazakstan did to England in the first half, and Cardiff did to Liverpool in last season's FA Cup.
Cheers and rest well.
